It's no secret that I'm quite a Frank Turner fan, so when news broke this week that he is headlining this years' 2000 Trees festival I was beyond excited! Performing at the very first one back in 2007, this time he's hitting the main stage on Friday night and is bringing along some friends with him.
The announcement was made via video featuring Frank Turner and 2000 Trees organiser James Scarlett.
The full list of bands announced this week includes Jim Lockey & the Solemn Sun, TTNG, That Fucking Tank, Emily Barker & the Red Clay Halo, Hold Your Horse Is, Oxygen Thief, The All New Adventures Of Us, 20p & A Packet Of Crisps, Crowns and Fighting with Wire (playing their final ever UK show).
Frank Turner will perform on the main stage on Friday July 12th. Mystery Jets will headline the same stageon Saturday 13th.
