bandit music workshop for young talent

Eight years on from the very first Bandit workshop that gives young talent the opportunity to write record and perform their on songs in front of a live audience, is back once again on its tenth leg.

Organised by Kevin Howlett back in 2005, its latest intake of pupils will take part in the music workshop during the easter holidays and finish with a live performance at the SVA in Stroud on 27th March.

With the theme of eco warrior this year, not only will the real life school of rockers get to learn the ins and outs of building a band, they’ll also learn key information about helping the environment through a number of guest speakers such as Ecotricity and David Drew, then transform this into song.
