Dog Is Dead Announce ‘Teenage Daughter’ As Next Single

Dog is Dead have announced that the next single to be released from their album ‘All Our Favourite Stories’ will be ‘Teenage Daughter’.

Posting a teaser photo of the upcoming music video to their Facebook page, the full video is expected to go live in the next few days. A dark image of what appears to be a girl standing in a garden is the only clue the Nottingham band are giving away just yet.

Speaking to DIY earlier this month, frontman Rob Milton said about the track: ‘Teenage Daughter’ is about a conversation I had with someone before they went on a long flight. They were going to the other side of the world, and were expecting a child, and it led on from that, and how I imagined how things could pan out. So it’s about a real event but then heightened and enhanced.”

Following on from the single ‘Talk Through The Night’, ‘Teenage Daughter’ is taken from their debut album which was released at the beginning of October through Atlantic Records.

Currently on a nationwide tour, you can catch Dog is Dead at the following venues:

31 Bristol Thekla

01 London Scala
02 Exeter Phoenix
03 Brighton The Haunt
06 Leeds Cockpit
